I build and manage practical IT systems end to end, from network infrastructure and security to full-stack web and mobile apps. 10+ years across systems administration, IT management, and development, currently working across a Philippine science high school and a US property management company, alongside freelance client projects.
I currently split my time between two roles: Information Systems Analyst II at Philippine Science High School – Davao Region Campus, where I design, build, and maintain the campus's internal systems and manage its network, security, and databases; and IT Manager (contract) for Mars Hill Realty Group, a US property management company, where I lead cybersecurity initiatives, IT policy, and technical support for their real estate tools.
Earlier in my career I was Management Information Systems Head and part-time ICT faculty at Davao Doctors College, and before that an IT Assistant at Sonic Sales and Distribution (Unilever Philippines) and a Project Assistant at Appen Butler Hill Philippines. Alongside my primary roles, I take on freelance and contract development work (Wix, Bubble.io, WordPress, and React Native) for clients in the US, Canada, and Australia.
I hold a BSIT with a specialization in Software Engineering, graduated cum laude, and am currently pursuing a Master's in Information Systems.

Design, build, and maintain internal systems for the campus (document tracking, lab scheduling, student WiFi portal, election systems, HR systems). Manage network systems, security, and database backups, and administer the school's Moodle LMS and firewalls (Sophos, Sangfor).
Mars Hill Realty Group, USA · Mar 2026 – Present
Lead cybersecurity initiatives and IT policy for a US property management company. Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network systems, run regular system audits, and train staff on new technology and real estate tools.

Built and maintained a two-sided trades marketplace platform (web and mobile), largely solo, on Bubble.io, including end-to-end Stripe Connect payment flows across fixed-price, milestone, and hourly contracts, Firebase push notifications, and app store submissions to Apple App Store and Google Play.

Led strategic IT planning, systems implementation, and network monitoring for the college while teaching ICT subjects part-time. Supervised the MIS department, designed process improvements for enrollment and campus operations, and developed software applications for the college.

Hyper-local discovery app for Florida's 30A corridor, built for a US client. Live parking status, transit and shuttle tracking, weather with community flag reports, an AI concierge for search and itinerary building, and admin content management, with support for five languages.
Two-sided marketplace connecting tradespeople with customers (web and mobile), built largely solo for an Australian client, with end-to-end payments across fixed-price, milestone, and hourly contracts, push notifications, and a full admin dashboard.

Reservation system for school computer labs with a calendar view, conflict prevention, approval workflow, and post-use equipment checklists.
Self-service portal letting students look up their WiFi credentials online, replacing a manual email mail-merge process, with a protected admin page for bulk student data uploads.
Built a teacher performance evaluation tool for Philippine Science High School, an equipment inventory tracker, and a student re-enrollment system using Bubble.io.
Advisory site focused on employee benefits, pension, and staff gratuity liability valuation in a changing economic and demographic environment.
Managed installation, configuration, upgrades, and course/user setup for PSHS's Moodle LMS on a local server for five years.
Personal relationship-tracking app concept. Organizes contacts into relationship tiers, logs catch-ups, and surfaces quick facts and interaction history so it is easier to stay in touch with the people who matter.
